Studio Business Policies

 

To maintain a professional, respectful, and efficient experience, the following salon policies apply to all clients:

 

1. Appointments and Punctuality

Please arrive on time to ensure full service.

 

Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule or accept a shortened service.

 

2. Cancellations and No-Shows

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

 

No-shows or late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may result in a 50% cancellation fee, payable before booking your next appointment.

 

3. Deposits

A deposit may be required to secure appointments for certain services.

 

Deposits are non-refundable for no-shows or late cancellations.

 

4. Refund Policy

Services are non-refundable. If you are not satisfied with the result, please contact  within 48 hours, and we will be happy to discuss a solution or re-do.

 

5. Health and Safety

Please do not attend your appointment if you are feeling unwell or have a contagious illness.

 

All tools and surfaces are sanitized between clients to ensure the highest standard of hygiene.

 

6. Children and Guests

Due to limited space and safety considerations, please do not bring guests or children to your appointment unless previously discussed.

 

7. Payment

Payment is due at the time of service.

8. Patch Tests (For Brows/Lashes)

Patch tests are required at least 24-48 hours before your first lash lift or brow tint appointment.

 

Failure to complete a patch test may result in appointment cancellation.
